- Use menu engineering and menu design to increase profitability
- Develop a regular case, a regular-plus and a regular minus business scenario models for your restaurant.
Restaurateurs bring your accountants/bookkeepers to learn these restaurant-centric methods to increase profitability. Attendees should have their laptops and know basic Excel or Google spreadsheets. Southside owner/operators that have been operating for 18+ months are welcome. (breakfast and lunch will be provided)
