At FoodLab Chicago, accurate bookkeeping and financial management is key to making sure the businesses we support are successful. Our advisors spend one-on-one time with business owners, getting them up and running on QuickBooks and covering the key practices needed so they can keep an eye on their numbers. They develop a clear view of what is happening in their business financially to make informed business decisions.


At FoodLab Chicago, we partner with restaurant owners who poised for rapid growth and we prepare them to access capital and building a great company culture. Our growth-oriented, practical, peer-to-peer driven workshops, linked is designed to drive our cohort members to change their attitudes and business practices, resulting in increased revenues, and a strong company culture required to hire and retain great staff.


COVID-19 has presented an opportunity to refine operations and improve efficiency as the industry rebuilds. The restaurant industry, the 2nd largest job sector in the economy, is also an industry that is resilient and will be better if the leadership that exists takes the necessary steps to protect their staff, brand, and financial health.  We partner with restaurants to help them improve their operations to surprise and delight their guests and keep them coming back.
